A strange thing is happening on my server. As I have full access administration rights, there are some databases I cannot open…
I have the message :
You are not authorized to access that database
Can somebody tell me why ? I thought with the full access administration I would be able to open ALL databases even if I’m not in the ACL…
I run my server on release 6.5.5…

Have you explicitly turned on Full Access Admin mode? Just because your name is in the field in the server doc doesn’t mean you always walk around in that mode. You have to open the admin client and open the server and then go to Actions >> Full Access Admin mode.
Once you do that then you should be able to open all db’s.

Hi, thank you for your answers but yes, I have turned on the “Full Admin Mode”… That’s why I don’t understand why it doesn’t work…
I only can access databases where I am named in the acl…
Is this a known issue in 6.5.5 ??

Can you still change the ACL of the databases in question (in the admin client)?

No, I can’t do anything… I have no access to the database and I have checked the full administration option and I am in the full administration field of the security tab of my server document…
