We got a “You are not authorized to perform that operation” message while archiving a user’s selected mails, but all the users are fine except her. I have already checked all related database ACLs, they have no problem at all. does anyone know why?

I ran into this too with renamed users. I had to set my field for those allowed to create databases and replicas on the server document to allow all people to do this.
