Hello,
Our domino servers can’t receive messages from Groups, like Yahoo Groups. The message stays in mail.box like Dead Message, with the failure: “Error transferring to SERVER mail.box; Maximum hop count exceeded. Message probably in a routing loop”.
Our users are “a little” stressed with this problem… 
Any ideas?

Which server has the message in mail.box and which server is it trying to get to?
There are many problem with emails from Yahoo Groups and the like as they fake their from address - they pretend to come from your domain, from your user’s mail address, but sent through their mail servers. This can cause havoc if you have rules set up to block receiving mail from your own domain or are using anti spam products as the message may be blocked (somewhat legitimately).
You may need to turn on debugging on the servers involved and watch what is happening when the server attempts to transfer the message.
