Xpages - how dinamically binding to dynamically field form

I have a repeat control…In this repeat control I would create dynamically fields (text) that binding to dinamically “FIELDNAME” Form

How is possible that?

The situation is that:

I would create unique EDIT BOX FIELD into repeat control that binding for example to Fields Notes if the result of the repeat control is of 3 elements…
