XML/PDF and price missing comma

Everything is perfect (re: web form → XML → PDF) except the price is missing the comma. example: $9000 appears in the PDF when it should be $9,000. The comma shows fine in the originating web form (in field Price). I have tried with and without CDATA. Removing the Cstr causes no price to show. Am I missing something? Here is the current state…

CStr returns string, not formatted string.Use Format instead.
