I’d like to know whether or not Lotus Notes makes use of the CRL distribution point extension in X.509 extensions especially when using a public PKI such as Verisign or Baltimore.
If not, how does Lotus Notes locate the CRL when performing certificate validation of the recipient’s certificate as well as the signers during S/MIME and SSL operations.
