Wrong name dissolution

Hallo,if messages from the internet cme to us the sender ist displayed in the following way:

Willy, Wuff WWuff@xyz.de

If you want to reply to this mail the system evaluates the period and sents two mails.

One to wwuff@xyz.de and a second mail to Mr. Willy in our company.

With a Lotus Notes 4 client this problem does not exist.

Does anyone know this problem?

Subject: wrong name dissolution

The “,” is probably set as multivalue seperator in your SendTo field. If you want to avoid that names will be seperated by “,”, you can choose another seperator, for example a “;”, or write the e-mail display name in quotes: “Willy, Wuff” WWuff@xyz.de
