Wrong icons of attchments

If I use “Send to …” from shell - any attachemnt has been added with blank icon (like blank paper sheet)If I use clip to add attachment into any Lotus document - icon of attachment look as obscure picture - nothing like originl icon of attached file.

All icons in income mail look normally (except from other LN8.5.2).

Windows 7 x64 / Lotus 8.5.2 RU

Subject: Attachments Have Wrong Icon

This problem does not appear to be fixed in 8.5.2 Fix Pack 1 as the tech note claims.

We have users who are seeing attachments that look like everything from paper clips to smiley faces and we are on 8.5.2 fix pack 1.
