I am experiencing a problem with calendar federation in Lotus Notes 8.5. This is the scenario:

Add a new external calendar (e.g. a Google Calendar)

Create two different appointments on the same day; one in your own Notes calendar and the other one in your external calendar.

Open the Month view and select the external event so that it will show up in the preview pane.

Delete the event, using either the context menu or the application menu (Edit>Delete).
The Notes event gets deleted, and not the federated calendar event.
