Can someone help please. I’m having trouble figuring out how to change the display name that appear on sent e-mails. At the moment, Notes uses my e-mail address, which doesn’t look very professional. Any ideas?

Do you mean emails sent to the internet or those sent within your Notes domain?And if you’re referring to those sent within your Notes domain, do you mean that it’s displaying your internet email address?

Sorry I wasn’t clear. I mean POP 3 emails (addresses) sent to/using the Internet. The system I’m using Notes 6 Client on isn’t hooked up to a domain, so I’m using Home (DialUp Network).

I hae the same problem , i am using notes as a POP3 only mail client and keep on adding my first part of my internet email address which is configured in the Location properties.Example: user1@abc.com , it will diplay my sender Display name to other users as USER1
and someimes only the email address and without any display name.
