Hi !a few people see a different name to their own name on the top left of their local contact database. If you check the entry for “contact owner” in the preferences, it´s o.k.
What must be changed, to show the correct user name ??

Also is this problem only with the Contacts DB ?
If Alt Name was not enabled,
can you please enable the FINEST logging for
com.ibm.rcp.csiviews.viewpart.CSINavViewPart
To set it, add the following line in /workspace/.config/rcpinstall.properties
com.ibm.rcp.csiviews.viewpart.CSINavViewPart.level=FINEST
Restart Notes, reproduce the issue, and send the logs under /workspace/logs

Open names.nsf, select More - Preferences and change the Owner field.
Also accessed via File/Preferences – Contacts
Subject: the preferences are good …but the view is wrong
The owner-entry in the preferences is o.k.
Subject: forwarded to development
