Wrong building of the Internet address

I have two similar problems:1. Some users, sending mail on Internet, introduce themselves as user@notesdomain.internetdomain where ‘notesdomain’ should not be present and is the Notes domain without spaces.

  1. Other users, always sending mail on Internet, introduce themselves as hierarchic name @ internetdomain where the Internet users is replaced by hierarchic name complete with spaces and slashes.

I verified both the location document and the person document in the address book of the server and all seems ok.

The problem does not concern all the users, but only some.

Any idea?

Why don’t you force the translation to the correct email address with the server configuration document? This way, you are sure as well that users don’t send emails with a wrong email address as the router looks up the address specified in their person document.
