Hi,We have a product which is supposed to allow synchronisation between Lotus Notes and Siebel…

Unfortunately, we are getting this error:

08:04:58.981: Phase=20, User=ILDATA: Reading data from Lotus Notes 5.0/6.0/6.5 Calendar

Fri Jul 04 08:05:49 2008: Error Note item not found.4238 at D:\TEMPDIR_22263\conn_5x_lotusnotes5\LNRepeatSections\LDocument.cpp line 602

Maybe someone has an idea what could be causing it…I’m sorry if its off topic…I don’t know what else to try to try and get it resolved…

It’s a pretty generic error message, and you haven’t posted the source code from the error location, so all you can get is a generic answer: the code tried to read an item from a note, and it didn’t find it.
