I’ve noticed that every database opened continues to be added to the workspace in 852. Yet, you have to expicitly add bookmarks. I realize that some prefer to use the workspace but why doesn’t it mimic the bookmarks?
Wouldn’t it make more since if there was a workspace tile for every bookmark and a bookmark for every tile? Also the Workspace pages should reflect the book mark folders. The way it works it’s just a disorganized mess that no user is going to manage.
my first time i use lotus notes 4, it already have workspace. now, with lotus notes 8.5.2, i still prefer workspace to manage my apps/databases.and i’m glad that lotus still kept the workspace.
if you using lotus notes 8.5.2 than you will notice that in
open → applications
you will see that there are bookmarks for every apps in your workspace.
som if you have workspace called “Test” that you will have bookmarks in Application → Test (Workspace)
