Workspace Tabs Open on Startup

Hi all,

I have browsed the forum, but cannot find the answer so have started this post :slight_smile:

I have a user who is experiencing a strange problem with the notes client.

Whenever he launches notes, 5 tabs are open on his workspace. Each of these tabs can be closed as normal, but if he then closes the client and re-launches the tabs reappear?

These tabs are the same each time and refer to documents in his mail file - some of which have already been deleted?

Does anyone know how this has happened and also how to get rid of the little buggers?

This user happens to be my boss, so a prompt response is very welcome :slight_smile:

Subject: Workspace Tabs Open on Startup

This could happen if there has been a drag-n drop of these documents into the “startup” folder of the “more bookmarks” area (left side icon bar). Check it.

has your boss inadvertently bookmarked these specific documents? try checking the bookmarks folders and removing them from here if possible

Thanks for the quick reply.

I have now managed to fix the problem.

Solution:

I deleted the bookmarks in the folder “More Bookmarks / Last State”

Hopefully this will help anyone else who becomes stumped. It’s a simple fix, but not when your looking in the wrong area :slight_smile:
