Hello,I have a question about Workflow tools for Notes.Currently we are using PowerFlow and we are trying to evaluate other workflow tools to compare, as our apps are complex and involve heavy workflow.Can the members of the forum please share their thoughts on this?
I am aware of ProcessIt and Lotus Workflow.
Basically we would like to know
1.What are the workflow tools you are aware of?
What are the pros and cons in these tools?
2.In your opinion which is the better tool in terms of technical abilities and cost?
3.If you build the workflow for your apps in house we would like to know the reasons for the same.
4.Links or resources where I can get more information on these workflow tools.

Similarly our Workflow product (Workflow Manager, http://www.ionet.co.nz/workflow), seperates workflow from database design so that your workflow is controlled within documents. Provides the std set of workflow functions, e.g. access control, emailing, delegation etc.
A demo download is available that you can easily add to your application, containing step-by-step guides on creating workflow etc.
I know it’s been a while, but wondered what you ended up deciding on for your workflow tool and what your thoughts are. We’re going through the same eval now and are looking for input.
