How do i reset the counter on the workspace. I have re-created the local copy and then it goes back to 12 unread email. I have click on view- mark all read but that still doesn’t help.The server copy is fine but its local copy.
I have install client version as well

View > Mark All Read should do it so don’t know what else to tell you about that. But do keep in mind that the unread count shown in the cion on the workspace does not refer to unread E-Mails, it is an unread count that includes all documents and in some cases, design elements.
