I have searched for a solution to this at Corel, Verity-Keyview, and Lotus and complained about the failure. Mostly, I get responses like, we don’t do customer support. Apparently its been a problem for some people since Nov. of 2002. I found several suggestions from this forum from last summer, but none of them are the problem. My .ini files seem to be correct. I’m just suprised that Lotus can’t fix this and that the “workaround” is to open the file rather than view it. I was suprised to find that the old WP5.2 works in the viewer, but the version we use - WP9 does not. I had this problem with WORD in Notes5, but I don’t use word if I can avoid it so it wasn’t as much of an issue. The last reference to the problem from Lotus dates to 11/2003. Unbelievable that they can’t fix it in over 5 months. The last forum discussion dates to July of last year. Has anyone found a solution in the interim?
