I have a Word document that when I attach to a RTF loses the word icon. You can see the document name and still open the document just the word icon is missing. It confuses the user and they don’t like it. Is there a way to get the icon back? Thanks for your help.

I’m not sure if this is the answer of your problem, but you can try it. I experienced this problem with Windows XP and Notes 4.5.
In my case, there was a video mode incompatibility. The Notes Client didn’t show the icons when the number of colors selected (in Windows) was “True Color (32 bit)”. I changed to “High Color (24 bit)” and that solved my problem.
