Notes user goes into a database, opens a document, clicks and edits and attachment (Word doc) , makes changes, saves attachment and document. Attachment doesnt keep changes.
User is doing things correctly, happens intermittently, more often as of late.
I usually delete contents of local settings\temp and it helps for a day.
When user logs in, I have added script deleting contents of temp and just starting deleting cache.dsk to see if it helps. Still happening just about every day. Usually in the morning which is odd because the files have been recently cleaned out from script. I have seen other threads on issue but no solid resolution. Have this gut feeling happens more frequently when PC is shutdown the previous night as oppossed to logging off but cannot confirm this and I know it sounds silly but an observation. Any thoughts? Its starting to frustrate the user.
