I am trying mail merge with Lotus Notes Client 8.0.2 and Word 2007. Now I am having the following problems

All the options of mail merge work EXCEPT HTML. If I choose Attachment OR plain text, it opens it in Lotus Notes properly. But when I choose HTML, it does nothing and just sits there in Word 2007. My client need to use HTML.

Lotus Notes opens individual email boxes for each email address in the excel sheet we choose during mail merge. Now my client has over 200 email address in the list, and u can see the problem now… 200 email TABS. Any way that it puts all email address in one single email tab during mail merge?
