Windows single sign-on for Web clients

Some users are prompted for a name and password when connecting to the Domino server configured for Windows single sign-on for web clients. After they do refresh (F5), they can acces web pages. This occurs in both IE 7, 8 and Mozilla. Some users don’t have any problems
