As for the messages logged in the nfxlog.nsf, such as below. You can find the error code from page IT Infrastructure Solutions | IBM, but for the 17401 exception number there are no public document about it. In the source code, 17410 means NFXS_FDR_FCONV_EXCEPTION_THREAD_CONVERT, that is there is an exception occurred for the conversion thread when doing a conversion. For this situation, enable the QFXDRouter.log may provide more helpful information(by starting the fax conversion service with the -debug parameter), or using the mfdesk.exe tool to monitor the fax conversion desktop to see if there are some documents are causing this.
