Windows 10 and Notes 9.0.1FP5 - constantly crashing

My Windows 10 workstation continually crashes when I launch Notes v9.0.1, even after upgrading to FP5. The Windows message indicates a Video error. I’ve updated the video driver, but it has not helped.

Is anyone else experiencing this? It started a few days ago.

Among other video related errors, this is the most recent.

Have any NSD logs been generated after the crashes?

If so, I’d recommend opening a new PMR with IBM Support so they can review them.

Subject: Fix Pack is installed

Michael and Mark,

I did install Notes_901FP5IF2_W32_Standard but the problem continued. I then uninstalled Notes, re-installed the base product and the fix pack. It was working fine for about 1 day. I think the last thing that happened before the crash was the Notes Browser Plugin installation.
