The window titles for the mail database (err, application) say - Mail, - To Do, - Calendar. If there are several tabs open, you could be seeing only the name portion of the title, making Mail, To Do and Calendar look identical. Not one person in 1000 is going to be looking in another person’s mail application. If you reverse the title (Mail - ), the window titles will not look identical as often.
