Widget Import Error

Hello,

Everytime i try to import a widget into Lotus Notes i get this Error-Message:

"Notes Widget Import Error

The configurations below had issues during installation. See the log for more details"

file:/C:/workspace/NotesView/plugin.xml"

I had drag the plugin.xml from my eclipse workspace of my sample widget “NoteView” into the “My Widgets” Slidepanel. Then i get this Erorr-Message above. What should i do?

I cant find anything in log.nsf?!

How can i import my widget? Is there a good tutorial?

Subject: Widget import error

I get the same error for every widget I want to drag into the widget side bar.Is it because of Windows 7?

I am using Notes 8.5.1

Subject: Widget installs

I had the same problem and wasn’t able to drag widgets to my sidebar. I blame Windows 7. My work around was to open the Widget to pull the URL information from the code. Then I went through the Create a Widget wizard steps and put in the URL from the code. Works everytime. Hope this helps.
