I tried to update around 15 documents, took me 8 seconds to open one document, change to edit mode and entere and save. it took me just 5 seconds to select and than click an agent I created to replace the value of a field. However, it ended up refresh the whole view, upon updating all the 15 documents, there are around 10000 documents in the view.

You need to look at the targeting for your agent. Is it set to process all docs in the view? All selected docs? Does it use @Formula or LS?

it is only simple agent, to replace value of field1 from A to B, example.

A couple points:
Your agent still has a target and you want to be sure that is set, for example, against all selected docs and not the entire view.
Once the docs are updated, the whole view must be refreshed, whether you update 1 doc or all 10k docs.
