Whenever a new account is created and login for the 1st time, it will have a pop-up “Create Cross Certificate - Your Name and Address Book does not contain a cross certificate for this organization”.
Is there a way to prevent it from poping out? I had already created a cross certificate on the “O” and even tried to do it on the “OU” but still, new user gets the pop-up when they 1st login.
Thanks!

I’m wondering if the certifier you are using to create ID’s is not the same one used to create the server, or to be precise, a different ID with the same name. Look at the cross cert that gets created in the user’s address book, if it is something like “Issued by: User Name/Acme” and “Issued to: /Acme” then that is your problem. If that is the case then you are going to have to find out which certifiers were used for which servers/users and straighten out the mess. I don’t envy you this task.

Thanks for the advise.
Basically, I have an admin ID from the Primary Domino server which is use to create all “O” and “OU” ID and in this case, I use it to create another “O” and “OU” for a new Domino Server.
Does it mean that for creation of new “O”, I should not use the admin ID to create the server ID, “O” and “OU” even if they all belongs to the same domain?
