Can aybody respond to this. In the delievery option, we are having the option “Importance” in which their is three entry, “low” “high” “normal”. since their is no difference between “low” and “normal” why they give this two. what is the necessary of this two?? Is their any need to differentiate

you are correct. But the point that you said is Delivery option > Delivery priority.
But My question about the- Delivery option >Importance (under which it is having this option)
