Hello we have a cluster of two Domino Servers which work very well except for one user/one PC.When this user logs on it insists on going to Server2 and not Server1 as it should.
And when I bring down Server2 it does not failover for Server1 for this user/PC (and just says it cannot access Server2).
But for everyone else it works fine. Any ideas what is happening here. Is there a cache or temporary file somewhere that I can clear out on the users PC to get it to use Server1?

Yes, try deleting the cluster.ncf file in that user’s data directory.

Are the DNS settings for that user’s workstation correct? Also check for a Hosts file entry on the users machine as well, if there’s an incorrect clear it out and try accessing Server1 again.
My guess is that the workstation has a bad IP address saved for Server1, so it can’t connect and continually fails over to Server2.
