We have a group email box (lotus notes) many people use. There are stationary’s within these group email boxes and we are always finding stationary’s disappearing. Oftentimes, we can find them in Draft, but it isn’t because someone saved them as a draft. What in the world is causing this?

Did you ask the users what they did? The ones in Draft mode should be easy, just look at the last modified by property and ask that person…
I am sure they pressed “save as draft”.

In my case, it appeared to be some issue relating to subforms. If I removed the subform and pasted the contents of it into the Memo and other forms then the problem went away.
