Why is it impossible to resize the width of the subject column in Lotus Notes 8.0.1 with the 8 mail-template?
Is there a way to fix\work around this odd situation?

The Subject column in Mail views has been set with the new (in 8.0) property: “Extend to use available window width”
This nullifies the “Resizable” property. When you resize other columns in the view, the Subject column automatically widens and/or narrows.
