Now I can’t open all the DB with admin ID.When I access the DB,there is the error message :The certificate table does not contain enough valid certificates to verify the public key of its owner .
And in log.nsf ,also record the log as follows:
admin/CMC from host [10.240.26.100:2355] failed to authenticate: The certificate table does not contain enough valid certificates to verify the public key of its owner.
That’s why? And how do?
Subject: Re: Why can’t acces DB in client
Hi,
That’s an interesting message. It sounds like it is regarding the User Security/Certificate Authority. There are a few Software Problem Reports out there regarding this error. Rather than list a bunch of tests for you that would mainly be assumptions, I would recommend that you open a PMR with the Server Core Team as they troubleshoot Database Access issues and such. They may also be able to engage the Notes Client Team if necessary; regarding the use of Certificates and such. I would definitely start with the Core Team though; they are quite good with these issues.
Hope this helps!
