Wht inotes mail attachment can't save?

hi :

I have a domino 9.0.1 mail server on windows 2013 .I open mail from IE 11 in win7 , then i click the mouse right button to save , there is no any question ,but when i want to open the file just saved , i find nothing 。

Anyone know the reason of this ? or this just a bug of domino ?
