Which system databases on setup CD?

When setting up a Domino 6.x server using the remote setup, I want to use the option to specify the location of my system databases from CD or other media.

Which databases do I need to include on the CD?

Also do I need to use the servers id to create replias for these databases?

All you need is the name and address book.

I needed names.nsf and admin4.nsf in order to make it work. (Installing 6.5.1 on Windows 2000).
