Whether Lotus 7.0 or 6.5 have the function to limit the mail send to special group

I want to make sure wether the domino 7.0 or 6.5 have the function , which can limit mail sending to special group, thatis to say, the group have ACL for the mail receiving, somebody can send mail to one group, others can’t send mail to this group.

You can right-click the group and choose “Document Properties”. Click the Security tab and then under the “Who can read this document” section, deselect “All readers and above” and then select or add just the people that you wish to be able to send e-mail to this group:

Thanks for your response, just now i modified the group’s prpperties, but it seems it can’t work , our Domino is 5R, can this function work in Domino 5R???

That should work back to R5. It may take a while for clients to see this. You may need to log out. And if the mail is coming from another server in the domain it’s Domino Directory would need to be replicated to get that change.
