I have some view, where column is moveable, some view, column is not moveable, I am quite lost as I have been searching in help in column and view properties, but cannot find which selection that determines the column is moveable or not? really appreciate some guidance on this. cheers!

Will, in View properties, second tab (Options), remove the checkmark from the Allow customizations option.
