Where is this reply address coming from?

I think I know about where it is, but not completely sure.

  • 2 domains (Domain1 and Domain2)

  • 2 mailfiles for me (mailfile1 and mailfile2)

  • 2 Notes IDs for me (id1 and id2)

  • ACL in mailfile2 gives id1 manager access (no ID switching required to read both files)

When composing mail (to internet)in mailfile2 as id1, reply address is set to:

Matt_Smith/Domain2@domain1name.com

Where is this coming from? Better yet, what can I do to fix it? Nowhere is there a First_Last address listed explicitly in a person doc, etc…so I figure it has to do with some configuration setting, and it is building that address.

Note: If I switch to id2, then compose from mailfile2, it works as expected.

Thanks for any input. I will try to repay the favor.

Subject: Where is this reply address coming from?

When sending mail to the web from a Notes client, the return address comes from the Location doc. When sending mail to the web from a web browser, the return address comes from the person doc. The format of the return address is determined by the Global Domain doc.
