Where is the coding for database title in workspace resides?

I seems to forgot where did I put the coding for the above. Like when I open few database on workspace, there is short title on the workspace tab with description on it, which description is customizable,i checked under database property, but it is not there, it is not under view, since I am referring to the database description,i.e the default is a frameset.
