Where is "Thank you for your topic, <user>" page?

Hi, kind of embarassing; I’m tweaking a discussion database and when a form is submitted, it sends you to the aforementioned follow-up page. I found the shared field ViewList, but I need to tweak the shortcuts on this other page go to different links.

Any idea where this is found?
