Where is Domino Administrator client setup file?

Sorry for the junior question. Just download 8.5version trial and setting up for my personal learning and testing at home.

C1SC3EN.exe - for Domino, already ran and set up

C1SB9EN.exe - for Notes client, already ran and set up.

Where is the Administrator client setup file ? Didn’t see such a file for downloading. can someone put a light for me? Thanks a lot.
