We’re upgrading to 8.0.2 this weekend (from 7.0.3) and I was planning on replacing the directory design tonight. I can’t for the life of me figure out where to find the template for it. It wasn’t included in the Admin client install and I haven’t installed any of the servers yet, so I’m clueless as to where to find it?Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ben. The pubnames.ntf template is only included with a Domino installation, and not a Notes installation. You might be able to find it if you extract the webkit for Domino, but probably not. You will have to install Domino 8.0.2 somewhere to get the template. Hope this helps!

Just got off the phone with Domino support and they said the same thing.
The R8 Deployment Guide RedBook is a little skewed when it says you should upgrade the design of your directory FIRST and then upgrade the servers. That’s just not possible, apparently.
