IBM Fix Central has a fix for Lotus Notes Traveler 8.5.0.1 but I have yet to find the update for 8.5.0.0 to 8.5.0.1
Subject: Lotus Notes Traveler 8.5.0.1
Lotus Notes Traveler 8.5.0.1 is available on Passport Advantage, same place you would have obtained 8.5. Basically 8.5.0.1 is a major release (8.5 Multi-Lingual) and we generally do not place major releases on fix central.
Note however that the fix for 8.5.0.1 can be applied to Traveler 8.5 if desired.
Sorry for any inconvenience. We will look at improving the 8.5.0.1 listings to make this more clear.
Subject: I checked Partner World for SoftWare today and it’s not there
(when the site became available again)
The fix lists as a requirement for the server components that 8.5.0.1 needs to be installed
Subject: LNT Availability
We are investigating…
Subject: LNT 8.5 Multi-Lingual aka 8.5.0.1 is available on PWSW Thanks.
But it might still be helpfull to reduce confusion if you add 8.5.0.1 to the description instead of just calling it 8.5 Multi-Lingual.
Subject: traveler 8.5 to 8.5.0.1
As I can understand it is this fix you are talking about; http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24019529&aid=2
In the docs;
"REQUISITES
Server: Requires Lotus Notes Traveler 8.5.0.1 is already installed."
Where do I find the upgrade patch for 8.5 to 8.5.0.1?
Subject: Traveler 8.5 Multi-Lingual (8.5.0.1)
Traveler 8.5 multi-lingual also known as 8.5.0.1 is available on Passport Advantage and Partner World.
As noted earlier, we appologize for any confusion in naming/numbering and will be sure to make improvements in the future.
Also - that fix can be applied to 8.5.0.0 or 8.5.0.1.
Thanks.
Subject: LNT 8.5 Multi Lingual release
I think there may just be some confusion here. Internally the version number is 8.5.0.1 but externally we were calling it 8.5 MultiLingual. Please check Partner World again and if they have 8.5 Multi-Lingual release - then that is 8.5.0.1 The only change over the original 8.5 was to add translated Server and Clients.
Appologize for any confusion - let us know if still unable to find.
Subject: Then please label it as 8.5.0.1 as well, or change the listings on fixcentral to require lnt 8.5 multi-lingual instead of 8.5.0.1
