Where can I find the description on notes.dll finctions?

Where can I find the decription of notes.dll funtions. Smth. like NSFDBOpen, ReplaceDesign and so on.I didn’t find anything in Lotus C++ API Release 2.3 Guide. Maybe they are there but I missed them.
