Where are these documents

Hi,

In my mail DB file -->DB–>properties it’s says I have 1916 documents, but I only see that I have 60 or so in all documents mail file.

Can someone point me to where these 1916 docments are, tks ?

Check your preferences – you may have excluded calendar documents from the All Documents view. Keep in mind, too, that a handful of the documents the db properties reports will be profile documents that don’t show in views.

Thanks Stan and Mark for your responses.

The Calender documents seemed to be the offending items and I was manually able to clear them, still not seen where I can get visibility of them or an automatic way of managing them, but I do have the manaul solution from hear on in, tks.

You might also want to check to make sure you have a view that does NOT “Show response documents in a hierarchy”. You may have orphaned response docs or replication/save conflicts that can’t be seen in a default view.
