When will Lotus Traveler support calendar updates

  1. What is the projected future release level we can expect Lotus Traveler to support Calendar items: create and/or update a meeting from an iPhone (or any supported Traveler mobile phone) and then sync back to mail file on server?

  2. Support Android phone native with Traveler Sync?

  3. Support sync of To-Do via Traveler Sync?

Subject: When will Lotus Traveler support calendar updates

  1. Creating /updating a meeting as chair from an Apple device will be in Lotus Traveler 8.5.2. We already support this for Windows Mobile devices. The Nokia device calendar application has not supported attendees so there is no way to create a meeting from those devices. I believe Nokia has some new devices that support creating meetings w/attendees but this has not been tested with Lotus Traveler yet, so is not currently supported.

  2. IBM is working on the Android client. I can’t provide any info into what Lotus Traveler release will support Android.

  3. To Do (tasks) are currently supported by Windows Mobile and Nokia Traveler clients.
