We haven’t upgraded our clients yet and we haven’t upgraded the ods either. They are still on 5.012 with an ods of 41. Could this be related or is there a setting on the server document that I should be looking at? Mind you I am a developer attempting to do some admin.

Hi Mike, this happened to us as well. One of the reasons was some customers had special characters in their passwords.

Thanks Diana for the response but this is happening to people who simply have all letters in their password. Any other thoughts?
