When through ComboBox form is refreshed in the browser, is WQO fired or no?

I have a case when I need WQO to be executed when I change the month from drop down list. When I change the month, domino add in the url “&Seq=1#_RefreshKW_tMonth” but I don’t see that WQO is executed. Is this possible or no?
