When receiving email with links attachment, no shortcut icon appears

Hello,One of my clients does not receive document or database links when sent them. The shortcut icon does not appear and the hyper link doesn’t appear as it should. This happens with external and internal links. Settings in the User Preferences and location doc have been set correctly. No one else in the organisation is experiencing this, which would normally point to them or their client. I cannot find where else I should be looking.

I would have guessed that the user has “Prefers MIME” set in the person doc, but you say you have checked that.

If the mail is opened on another client, is it still wrong?
