Assess the database. What are its launch properties set to? I’ve seen this error when users try to access a database set to show the “About…” document upon launch when the "About… " document has not been defined (in other words, it’s not existent).

This can also happen if:

the launch propery is to open a doclink that doesn’t exist / is not accessible to the user

the user doesn’t have access to the database, and the “About…” doc isn’t a “public” document

Run fixup to get rid of corrupted documents.

After you run fixup against your database then you will not find any problem.

Sometimes, In R6, when user open one mail documents, it prompts on error of “Invalid or nonexisted document”.

Solutions:

  1. Maybe he has above two replica on different mail servers, the replication is not in time. So check replication history and correct replication error

  2. Create one new local replica and compact this new replica. Then replace wrong mailbox with this new replica.
